1 · Identification and scope
These Terms govern the use of the website www.ohohlele.com and the purchase of the services and products of ohoh.lele, run by Leticia Heger Viegas, tax number 302240764, based at Rua Campo de Ourique, 18, 1250-087 Lisboa, email hello@ohohlele.com, phone +351 916 156 036.
They cover three areas: (a) the online shop of temporary tattoos; (b) bookings for permanent tattoos, done at Jardim Ecotattoo, ohoh.lele's workspace; (c) the rental of a vending machine with temporary tattoos for events. By using the site or contracting with us, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2 · Online shop — products and orders
Products and information: the characteristics of each product are on its page, including the party responsible for the product (name, address and email), the type of product and the precautions for use. Images and colours are as faithful as possible but may vary depending on your screen. Order and contract: the purchase contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if payment is not confirmed, if the billing details cannot be verified or if there is an obvious pricing error; in these cases we refund any amount already paid.
Age to buy: in Portugal there is no legal minimum age for buying this type of product — it is not an age-restricted good like alcohol or tobacco — so only the general rules on capacity to contract in the Civil Code apply, which allow minors to make small everyday purchases like this one. As cosmetic products applied to the skin, we do not recommend their use on children under 3, and application on children should always be supervised by an adult.
3 · Prices, payment and invoicing
Prices: prices are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force. Shipping costs are shown before the purchase is completed. The price shown at the time of the order applies.
Payment: payments are processed directly by Shopify at checkout, and we accept the payment methods available there. Invoice: the invoice is issued in the Customer's name, with their tax number if given with the order, and sent by email.
Delivery, returns and warranty: the Shipping Policy and the Returns Policy apply. New goods benefit from the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity.
4 · Safe use of temporary tattoos
Temporary tattoos are meant to be applied to intact skin. We recommend:
doing a test on a small area of skin before first use, especially on sensitive skin or with known allergies; not applying them on irritated, injured or sunburnt skin, nor near the eyes or mucous membranes; removing the product and consulting a health professional in case of a reaction; not recommended for children under 3, and application on children should always be supervised by an adult; following the instructions on the packaging.
5 · Permanent tattoo bookings (I)
How to book: bookings are made through the booking form on the site. A booking is only confirmed after our confirmation and payment of the deposit. The studio works by appointment first; without a booking, only if there is availability.
Quote and price: the price is given per piece, per hour or by size before the session and may change if the design is altered after it has been agreed.
Deposit: to confirm the session we ask for a deposit of €50, which is deducted from the final price of the tattoo.
Changes and cancellations: the deposit is refundable if you let us know you need to change or cancel the booking at least 5 working days in advance. If you don't show up or give less than 5 working days' notice, the deposit is not refunded. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling.
Age and identification: we only tattoo people aged 18 or over who show a valid identity document.
6 · Permanent tattoo bookings (II)
Health declaration and informed consent: before each tattoo, the Customer fills in and signs, at the studio, a health declaration and an informed consent. We may refuse or postpone the session for safety reasons — for example, if the Customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, has a skin condition in the area to be tattooed, or if the information given is incomplete or inaccurate. In these cases the deposit is not refunded.
Design: the design is agreed and approved with the Customer before the session. The copyright in designs created by ohoh.lele belongs to ohoh.lele; the Customer is authorised to wear them on their skin. We do not copy other artists' work.
Healing and aftercare: the final result also depends on the Customer's skin and aftercare. We give aftercare instructions at the end of the session, and ohoh.lele is not liable for complications resulting from not following them. Touch-ups are included in the price of the session.
Hygiene and materials: we use disposable, sterilised equipment and vegan materials.
Right of withdrawal: under the law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed, nor to customised services or goods. By booking a session on a specific date within that period, the Customer expressly asks for the service to start on that date; cancellation follows the rules above.
Photos: we only photograph the work for our portfolio with the Customer's express permission.
7 · Vending machine rental for events
Conditions of each rental: the rental is requested by email and agreed case by case. The price, duration, what is included, the deposit, delivery and collection, the sales and stock rules and the cancellation conditions are set out in a written quote or contract, which the Customer accepts before booking. Anything not covered there is governed by the rules below.
Location and use: the Customer provides a level space, sheltered from rain and direct sun, meeting the requirements stated in the quote, with access for delivery and collection.
Responsibility for the machine: from delivery to collection, the Customer is responsible for looking after the machine and is liable for loss, theft or damage, except normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from any agreed deposit.
8 · Intellectual property and liability
The designs, texts, images, logos and other content on the site belong to ohoh.lele or its artists and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
ohoh.lele does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site, which may be suspended for maintenance. We are not liable for damage resulting from force majeure (strikes, power or telecommunications failures, carrier or supplier delays, among others) or from misuse of the Customer's login details by third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers.
9 · Complaints and dispute resolution
You can complain by writing to hello@ohohlele.com — we reply within 5 working days — or in the Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações: on paper at the studio, and online at livroreclamacoes.pt/Inicio). You can also turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity, such as the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (centroarbitragemlisboa.pt) or CNIACC (cniacc.pt); more information on the Consumer Portal (consumidor.gov.pt).
10 · Changes, applicable law and version
We may change these Terms; the version in force is the one published on the site, and the date of each purchase or booking determines which version applies. Portuguese law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights.
Effective date and last update: 16 October 2026.
